ELMONT SHOPPING CENTER RENOVATION

The project replaced two dated, non-descript facades of a very small strip mall on Long Island. Each tenant received, as requested, a different facade treatment, conceived under the limitations of an extremely tight construction buget. The materials used included stucco, corrugated metal and glass store front panels, assembled in a composition that both separates each retail unit and brings unity to the center.
